Day 1: Departure from Delhi

Departure from Delhi at airport at 0810 Hours by flight MK 745 to Mauritius. Arrival at Mauritius at 1410 Hours. Meet & greet at the airport by the representative & transfer to the Hotel.
Enjoy your Dinner & overnight stay at Hotel.

 

Day 2: Ile Aux Cerfs (East tour)

After breakfast leave for full day excursion on Ile aux cerfs Island, a speed boat will take you to an ideal place for sea lovers, which offers crystal clear sea water, fine golden sand and sparkling sunshine all fringed by "Filao" trees. Return back to hotel at 5 PM.
Options not included in package: Undersea walk / Para Sailing / Tube/Photo / Waterfalls.
Tips: Please carry swimming suits, towel & sun cream lotion. Packed Lunch to be carried on island.

Day 3: Day Free for Leisure OR take Optional tour

Day Free after breakfast. (Optional Tour) Blue safari - Sub Scooter / Submarine is a unique adventure where you go 35 m depths to discover the magic of the marine life in total security (not included in package). Please carry swimming suits and towels.

Day 5: North tour

After breakfast proceed for Port Louis / view of the Citadel / Champ de Mars / Government House / Harbour / Shopping in the Local market. Drive through the city centre to reach "Caudan Waterfront" a commercial landmark of shops, restaurants, Craft market etc. Then proceed to Pamplemousses Botanical Garden which has a large collection of indigenous & exotic plants & trees. Visit Mascareignes duty free shop and back to Hotel at 4 PM.
Later enjoy your Dinner & over night stay at Hotel.

 

Day 6: South tour

After breakfast drive to Curepipe to the spectacular crater "Trou aux Cerfs" where one enjoys the extensive view of the island / few minutes away there is floreal a destination which includes a textile museum/ shopping centers / café / 12 duty free boutiques/Ship model factory-shops. Stop for a meal in the peaceful atmosphere in a restaurant. Then you come to discover the unspoilt beauty of the forest where flows a sacred lake, the "Grand Bassin" (Ganga Talao) a place for pilgrimage .Enjoy the magnificent view of Black River Gorge on the way to Chamarel, the place where the 7 colored is found. Return back to hotel at 5 PM.
Later enjoy your Dinner & over night stay at Hotel.

 

Day 7: Departure back to Delhi

After Breakfast free for your leisure activity. At night, transfer to the International Airport Sir Seewoosagar Ramgoolam with Sweet Memories to & for evening flight to Delhi by MK 744 at 2115 Hours in the evening & reach Delhi at 0615 Hours, the next day.

  • To book online, you need to make payment as per the minimum booking amount specified in “Book Online” section of this package OR Rs. 10,000/- per person.
  • As soon as you make an online booking, you will receive a booking voucher in your email.
  • You will receive a call from our support staff about your booking status.
  • We will start the process at our end while you sit back at home and dream about your holiday.
  • The balance payment would be collected as per the case mentioned below:
  • If you are booking within 10 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of 100%  of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy. 
  • If you are booking within 10 – 20 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost / tour components costs at the time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
    • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking. 
  • If you are booking within more than 20 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of booking amount of Rs. 20,000/- per pax at the time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
    • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking. 
  • If your booking is having tour components which needs guaranteed booking as per stipulated condition,
    • You will need to make payment of 100%  of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken..
    • No cancellation will be allowed once booking is made even if by some reason short payment has been made. The tourist will have to make entire payment whether he or she travels or not.
  • You will be kept informed at every step of the process like:
    • When your visa is successfully done.
    • Your hotel rooms are booked.
    • Your Flights are confirmed.
    • Any other inclusion in the package.
  • Once the entire package formalities are completed at our end, our representative will deliver the package to your door steps.

Important Information

  • Mauritius Visa on Arrival is Free for Indian Passport holder's.
  • This package cost is based on national USD rate at Rs. 66/-, the bench mark rate taken uniformally as USD is too much volatile and can’t be changed in itinerary / handout frequently. This is the HDFC Bank TT Selling rate taken at which the Bank will be making remittance to vendors abroad through Telex Transfer for land-arrangements etc. Please don’t get confused with the Inter Bank rate or Currency buying / selling rates being quoted on Currency rate sites or Bank’s Currency trading site.
  • To avoid impact of future fluctuation you can get the package cost freezed by making 100% payment of package cost adjusted at the prevailing TT selling rate of HDFC Bank at time booking or within 5 days of it. There will be Rs. 500/- (pp) extra towards Remittance & Bank transaction charges payable as remittance will be sent separately for & on your behalf.
  • Else, if you choose to make payments as per Schedule of Payment given in itinerary - at time of full & final payment the TT selling rate prevailing at that time shall apply.

Terms & Conditions

  • Incase of any unprecedented hike in Airfare, Hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.
  • The hotel and services as mentioned in the itinerary are subject to confirmation.
  • Rates may change in the case of Hotel rates, Transport rates, Government taxes or Entrance fees.
  • Check in time is 1400 Hours and Check out time is 12 Hours noon. Early check-in / Late checkout are Subject to Availability.
  • Please take care of all your personal belongings and valuable and note that Local Operator will not be held liable for any loss.
  • Date and Timings of the above Tour Program can be changed by local tour operator.
  • After booking Confirmation Rs. 2,000/- per person per Amendment Charges.
  • Honeymoon package is applicable till six moth after the Marriage.
  • Room type Twin or Double is at sole discretion of Hotels. Hotels allocate the rooms on Run of The House basis.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation charges per person will be applicable as following:
    • If cancellation is made any time 31 days or more from the date of Departure, Rs. 10,000/- (except Normal ticket cancellation charges) shall be deducted.
    • If cancellation is made 30 days or less, but more then 15 days prior to Departure, 40% of tour cost shall be deducted.
    • If cancellation is made 14 days or less, but more then 07 days prior to Departure, 60% of tour cost shall be deducted.
    • If cancellation is made 06 days or less, but more then 03 days prior to Departure, 80% of tour cost shall be deducted.
    • If cancellation is made 3 days or less or in case passenger is no show at the time of departure, 100% of tour cost shall be deducted.

    This is to inform you, prior to confirm your bookings which need guarantee booking that our normal cancellation policy mentioned immediately here above will not be applicable for your booking. Your booking is having travel tour components which need guarantee booking, which means no cancellation will be allowed once booking is made for you. Therefore general cancellation policy mentioned above will be superseded by the following cancellation policy:
  • If cancellation is made any time once the booking is confirmed irrespective of number of days prior to departure, 100% of tour cost shall be deducted.
