Itinerary
Day 1: Welcome to Copenhagen

Welcome to Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark, located on the coastal islands of Zealand and Amager. The city is connected to Malmö in southern Sweden by the Öresund Bridge. The historic heart of Copenhagen, Indre By, features Frederiksstaden, an 18th-century rococo district that houses the royal family’s Amalienborg Palace. Nearby, you'll find Christiansborg Palace and Rosenborg Castle, a Renaissance-era fortress surrounded by beautiful gardens and home to the Danish crown jewels.

On arrival, you will be met with our local representative at the airport, outside the customs area. After your pick up from the airport, you will proceed to a carefully chosen Indian restaurant for dinner. After the dinner, you will check in to the hotel.

Day 2: Copenhagen Orientation tour

Start your day with breakfast at your hotel. Then, embark on a Grand Tour of Copenhagen, where you'll explore the city’s top attractions in a coach. Your local guide will highlight key sites, including the National Museum to Christiansborg Palace, home to the Danish Parliament. Also see the iconic Little Mermaid statue and Amalienborg Palace (outside view only). In the afternoon, head to Tivoli Gardens, where your entrance ticket is included, though rides are not part of the tour. Enjoy a fantastic day & later return to hotel after having Dinner at Indian Restaurant.

Day 3: Transfer from Copenhagen to Stockholm (Approx. 9 Hours drive)

Start your day with breakfast at your hotel, then check out and depart for Stockholm, the capital of Sweden. This vibrant city spans 14 islands and over 50 bridges across the Baltic Sea archipelago. The charming cobblestone streets and ochre-hued buildings of Gamla Stan (the old town) are home to landmarks such as the 13th-century Storkyrkan Cathedral, the Kungliga Slottet Royal Palace and the Nobel Museum, dedicated to the history of the Nobel Prize.

Upon arriving in Stockholm, you will be transferred to a restaurant to enjoy a delicious dinner. Afterward, check in to your hotel, relax and get a good night’s rest.

Day 4: Stockholm City tour & 1 way Cruise to Drottningholm with view of Drottningholm Palace

Begin your day with breakfast. Later proceed for city sightseeing tour with our Local Expert. We proceed to Fjallgatan on the Island Soder - soak in the great views of the Stockholm skyline with the harbor below, Skeppsholmen in the foreground and Gamla Stan to your left. We stop at old city where you can indulge in some impressive architecture of the cathedral. Further, proceed for outside view of the famous City hall which holds the magnificent festivities of the Nobel Prize awards each year.

Later you will be transferred to the Stadshusbron pier to catch the ferry to Drottingholm. Cruise through the dreamlike lakeside villages and many a spectacular sites that we have been blessed with by Mother Nature. Perched on the beautiful island called Lovon in a picturesque lake, sits this quaint little town. Later take a photo stop at the stupendous Drottingholm Palace which also acts as home to the Swedish Royal family. The tour only includes the outside tour of the Royal Palace. Later proceed for a delectable dinner which will be served at an Indian Restaurant before returning to the hotel.

Day 5: Stockholm - Visit to Karlstad - Heading to Oslo (Approx. 8 Hours drive)

Begin your day with breakfast at your hotel and get ready after check out from the hotel. Today you will be transferred to Oslo after visit to Karstad en-route.

Upon reaching Karlstad, indulge in the beauty of this riverside town. The look of the city makes it appear big with the lush greenery everywhere - even on the streets! The promenades and squares are brilliant to explore and will entice you to settle down here! This tour will help you see the city in the most spectacular manner. After exploring this fascinating town, you will commence you remaining journey to Oslo on the long distance vehicle.

Upon reaching Oslo, you will be transferred to a restaurant for a scrumptious dinner. Later, check in to the hotel, unwind and catch up on your beauty sleep.

Day 6: Railway tour from Flam to Myrdal - Myrdal Orientation tour - Geilo (Approx. 3 Hours drive)

Begin your day with breakfast - the right way to start. Today check out from the hotel as you will be transferred to Flam and enjoy the scenic train ride. The Flam Railway Line is a 20.2 kilometer long line between Flam and Myrdal. Board the train and get ready to be transferred in a world of gorgeous scenery throughout your journey. The views are spectacular and you will realize that no words can do justice to the views that you will experience. Imagine looking at snow covered mountains, mountain farms, waterfalls and lush greenery - these are the experiences that you remember for a lifetime!

The Myrdal Station is tiny and quaint and it is the best place to behold the incredible views of thee place. Roam around and explore the place on foot on your own.

Later board the train and commence your journey to Geilo. This is the most coveted skiing paradise of the world. The mind blowing scenery, solitude and intriguing culture and traditions are a few things that attract travelers from all over the world to Geilo. Upon reaching Geilo, check in to your hotel and relax. Later proceed to Indian restaurant for having dinner.

Day 7: Geilo - Fjord Cruise from Flam to Gudvangen - Bergen (Approx. 4 Hours drive) Exploring Bergen

Have your fill at breakfast at your hotel. Later check out from the hotel and board the coach from Geilo to Flam. Upon reaching Flam, board the cruise to Gudvangen. Here begins your once in a lifetime fjord voyage! The epic cruise will take you through unimaginably gorgeous fjords. You will be greeted by enchanting sceneries that you make your heart skip a beat. The cruise will take you from the breathtaking Aurlandsfjord to one of the narrowest fjords of Europe called Naeroyfjord. You will be surrounded by the towering mountains that are up to 1800 meters high. Soak in these experiences that make everyone wonder the expanse of natural beauty in the world. Once back in the picturesque journey board your coach and go off to Bergen while enjoying the unmatchable Norwegian landscapes.

On arrival proceed for the Orientation tour. Bergen is a picturesque capital of the sublime Fjord area of the Western Norway. In Bergen, you will see the Norwegian charm, history and culture blending into one. Perched between two mountains, lies the gorgeous city of Bergen. The cobblestoned streets lead you into the history of this beautiful town and the wooden and brick buildings add to the exoticness. The small public squares and the huge central park and the gothic churches - all the factors put together make Bergen one of the finest towns in Norway. The tour also includes Bryggen, the famous culinary delight fish market and the renowned and beautiful Fantoft Stave Church.

Next up is the Floibanen Funicular which is situated at the center of the town. It takes a very short while to get up on the mountain. You will be welcomed with the views that will blow your mind! Its an enjoyable funicular ride by the Floibanen Funicular Rail which goes up to the top of Floyen Mountain which proudly stands 320 meters above the sea level. Here you will get the best views of Bergen - so breathtaking that you would want to quit everything and stay here for life.

After a long day of making memories and indulging in the goodness of nature, head to the Indian restaurant for a scrumptious dinner. Later, check in to the hotel and sleep away.

Day 8: Transfer from Bergen to Oslo (Approx. 7 Hours drive)

Begin your day with breakfast at your hotel. Check out from the hotel & catch your transfers. Today, we will drive to Oslo, the capital and largest city of Norway, which serves as both a county and a municipality. Upon reaching Oslo, you will be transferred to Indian restaurant for a scrumptious dinner. Later, check in to the hotel, unwind and catch up on your beauty sleep.

Day 9: Exploring the gorgeous Oslo - Onboard Cruise for overnight stay

Your breakfast awaits you at your hotel restaurant - have your fill and check out from the hotel. Later get ready for a fun day exploring Oslo. Our Local English speaking Expert will take you out for a half day city tour of Oslo. Begin the exploration at Vigeland Sculpture Park which would be a highlight of your tour. The artists have expressed their perspective of human actions and bodies in a rather explicit manner. The beautiful park has some 212 sculptures carved out of granite, wrought iron and bronze. The exemplary fountain will hold your attention for quite a while! We will then proceed for a photo stop at the historical Holmenkollen Ski Jump Area where you will understand why Norway is often known as the Cradle of Skiing. Admire the snow laden surroundings and panoramic views of Oslo. There will be many other sights during your tour that will take your breath away in this gorgeous city.

After the tour, you will then be transferred to the DFDS Pier for your journey to Copenhagen. Here, board the overnight Cruise Ferry. With stepping on to the cruise ferry, you are stepping into a world of entertainment. From the spectacular views of the unending sea to the dance troops, party bands and a sea of other entertainment. Indulge in the delectable Scandinavian buffet for dinner before heading to your room on the ship for a good night sleep.

Day 10: Disembark from Cruise on arrival at Copenhagen - Time to say Good Bye

Imagine beginning your day with the views of the large expanse of sea and a Scandinavian breakfast. Disembark from Cruise on arrival at Copenhagen. You will be greeted by our Local Expert, upon your arrival at the Copenhagen Pier. Enjoy a shopping tour and capture a few last-minute photos before you are transferred to the airport for your flight back home. (Breakfast)

-Please carry photocopy of your travel and identity documents. along with their respective originals such as passport, plane ticket (or e-ticket printout), rail pass or car-rental voucher, hotel vouchers, print out your hotels' confirmation emails, driver's license, ID, and a couple of passport-size photographs of yours. Photocopies will help you get replacements more quickly if the originals are lost or stolen. Photocopies must be carried separately in your luggage and keep the originals with you in secured place. Also carry along with these documents a trip calendar to keep things up-to-date as your trip evolves.

-You may carry shorts/bermuda (with pockets).

-SMALL DAYPACK A lightweight pack is great for carrying your sweater, camera, literature, and picnic goodies while you leave your large bag at the hotel or train station

-WATER BOTTLE. The plastic half-liter mineral water bottles sold throughout Europe / United Kingdom / USA / Australia are reusable and works great. If you bring one from home, make sure it's empty before you go through airport security (fill it at a fountain once you're through).

-Carry your alarm clock if you are not carrying mobile.

-MEDICINE: medicine and vitamins. Keep medicine in original containers with Doctor’s prescriptions. Also carry small First Aid Kit, small Packet of Tissues.

-INFLATABLE PILLOW (or "neck rest"). For snoozing in planes, trains, and automobiles. Many travelers also wear an Eye Mask for blocking out light while resting.

-Money Belt for your safety

TRANSPORTATION RULE IN EUROPE / UNITED KINGDOM / USA / AUSTRALIA

-Please follow timing strictly as per the itinerary provided

-Please be present 10 minutes before the schedule time on the specified location. Vehicle will not wait for more than 10 minutes from the scheduled time and if the same is not availed, tourist will have to arrange transport at his own cost and own arrangement.

-Passenger can upgrade to private transfers at additional cost latest by one week prior to Departure (Additional cost available on request and).

-Eating and drinking and smoking in the bus is strictly prohibited.

-All passengers must help to keep the coach neat and clean. Rubbish/dirt should not be thrown inside the coach

-Coach only can run Maximum 9 hours. After every 4 and half hour the driver must rest for a minimum of 45 minutes. The break can be split up to 2 – 3 breaks of minimum 15 minutes per break.

-Night rest is 12 hours Minimum

-Pax must wear seat belts and not to move around in the coach

-Passengers must note that, if they want to spend extra time at any excursion place than the groups’ standard time then they will have to make their own arrangements at their costs and reach the next destination on time.

    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
    • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
  • If your booking is having tour components which needs guaranteed booking as per stipulated condition,
    • You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
    • No cancellation will be allowed once booking is made even if by some reason short payment has been made. The tourist will have to make entire payment whether he or she travels or not.
